DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard primary shipping method on our website is Canada Post. We do not deliver to APO or FPO addresses.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is processed. Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of shipping and once your order is completed, rather than the date of the order. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of your order, unless  there are exceptional circumstances. Orders placed after 3:00pm Pacific Time may not be processed until the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery.

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout on the website.

Shipping costs are based on the product dimensions and the delivery method you have selected.

Taxes are charged according to the province, state, or territory to which the products are shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

In the event that the products you have purchased online is defective please contact Lyse Tremblay Jewelry. Please note that a change of mind does not constitute an acceptable reason for return.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any defective product provided the merchandise is unused, is in its original condition, and is returned in its original shipping box. At our discretion, we may replace the product, repair the product or provide you with a credit or refund.

We do not accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective. If you have received a defective product, please contact us and provide the details and pictures of the product defect. Do not send the product back until we have assessed the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will contact you via email and provide you with further instructions. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not accept exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. If you have received a defective product, please contact us and provide the details and pictures of the product defect. Do not send the product back until we have assessed the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will contact you via email and provide you with further instructions. We will exchange the product for another product of equal value.
